Weare the property developer based in Auckland North Shore with projects in westAuckland and north Auckland. We are looking for an assistant project managerwho will be reporting to the Project Manager and will be assisting them leadand manage their assigned project from day one to completion. This is afast-paced environment so you will need the ability to problem solve andlogical thinking skills. You’ll also be liaising with key stakeholders andensuring all changes to the projects are documented and managedappropriately.
Whatwill you do?
· Assistwith the administration of Project Management and Asset Management tasks
· Assistin developing a detailed project programme to track progress
· Reportingand submissions
· Constantupdating of project tool and schedules
· Raisingand managing purchase orders
· Organisingmeetings
Skills/Experience
· NZCitizen, NZ Resident or have valid NZ work visa
· Excellentin English speaking & documentations
· FullNZ driver license & confident in driving
· Bachelordegree in construction or related major
· +years’ experience in a similar role
· excellentin mandarin speaking and writing
· Excellentcommunication and organisational skills
· Arelationship builder - able to hold strong relationships with clients
· Abilityto follow directions and take initiative when required
