EZI Property Service Limited has been incorporated in 2014 with a view of providing professional home loan services to customers. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who enjoys working with people to join our growing team of Mortgage Advisers.
Job responsibilities
· Generating leads and meeting performance targets.
· Liaising with clients, solicitors, accountants, etc to ensure a smooth process.
· Obtainingapproval from the banks and non-bank lenders and negotiate the best possible terms and conditions.
· Evaluatepay stubs, credit history, tax information, and bank statements for financial status.
· Actas an intermediary between a lender and a borrower who needs a mortgage loan
· Verify the income of the borrower as well as gather their credit information.
· Explain the legal aspects of the loan to the borrower as well as the payment terms and clauses to them
· Followthrough with lender and client during the approval process.
Job Requirements:
· You must be working with a bank or financial advisory firm in a similar role
· Basiccredit decision-making understanding
· Superiornegotiation and sales skills
· Ability to manage deadlines and high-pressure environment
· Insurancebackground preferred
· Be reliable and flexible
· Mandarin speaker preferred
· NZPR required
