我们是一家做商业建筑瓷砖的公司，已经成立近20年。公司愿意招聘并培养工作认真负责并且有建筑相关经验的人。site supervisor的岗位职责如下：

Summary of Main Duties:
1. Oversees the construction activities that take place on the worksite.
2. Monitoring performance of sub-contractors and staff.
3. Allocating resources, materials, sub-contractors and other staff.
4. Maintaining a safe, secure and healthy work environment by adhering to andenforcing safety codes.

Requirements:
1. Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
2. Be able to read the construction drawings and instructions.
3. Construction related qualification and experience is preference.
4. Repsonsible, autonomous, effective planning and management.
5. Must work in full time.
6. Hold a current NZ driver licence.
