We are looking for:
- Architectural graduate with 1+ years working experience
- Strong independent design skills in Terrace house, residential/ state housing.
- Team experience in residential houses.
- Good EYE for design and attention to detail.
- Must be a Revit user
- Must with a good understanding of the unitary plan.
- Good knowledge of building code. (Building consent skill preferred)
- Hard-working and good time management, can work under high pressure
- Strong comprehension capacity and communication ability

1. 至少一年以上制图经验，并能独立完成民宅Building Consent
2. 流利英文，需要dealing with council
3. 熟悉新西兰建筑规范, 标准和施工要求
4. 熟练使用Revit,AutoCAD以及其他办公软件
5. 持有新西兰合法工作签证,可担保移民
