Flatmate wanted!

I am on the hunt for a flatmate to join me in a new build in Rototuna/Huntington. This is a 2 bedroom with one-bathroom house with a lovely garden (passion fruit, raspberry and lemon tree and some vegis for you to pick ;) ).
Well insulated and double glazed with heat pump.

Double bedroom with a wardrobe in your bedroom!

House is fully furnished. Bring your own bedroom furniture, can also arrange this for you if you prefer :)

Move in costs is $720 which is 3 weeks bond & 1 week in advance.

Please call in evening or you can send through a text/email at any time telling me a little about yourself (occupation, hobbies etc) and to organise a viewing or want to know more information.

Pets negotiable, no smokers.
