Job Vacancy: CONSTRUCTION SITE coordinator
KCC Construction Limited (KCC) is a well-established construction company, who is passionate about building homes for New Zealanders of exacting quality at the best value.
With the continuing growth of the business, KCC is looking foroneSite coordinator to join us ASAP.
Reporting to site Manager, general duties include:
· Assist with the daily site activities,Coordinate site management activities from beginning to the end.
· The delegation of duties, problem solving and liaison with subcontractors
· Running the day to day site activities, distributing of site materials, supervising site trades and labour, liaising with subcontractor and site manager, project manager, office
· Responsible for allocation of work, ordering materials and labour, reading plans, set out and generally increasing the productivity
· Ensure correct building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times
What we are looking from a successful candidate:
· Solid knowledge of construction process, site safety and health;
· Study in construction industry preferred
· Construction Management or related qualification is preferable;
· Full-driver license holder is a must;
· Fluent English and Mandarin Speaking is preferable;
· Must be eligible to work in NZ, NZ Residence or citizen is preferable
· Team worker, fast-responding, with “can-do” attitude
