Description: Senior Accounts Payable/administrator
We are one of the biggest Asian Supermarkets in Auckland and currently looking for an experienced accounts Payable administrator to join our team.
About the role:
- Ensuring the accounts payable is managed and processed on time and accurately. Also, general duties are requested by management.
- This is part time or full time position $29/hour- Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
Role responsibilities:
- Ensure all invoices are accurately and efficiently entered the system.
- Supplier statement reconciliations and prepare payment.
- Monthly bank reconciliations, familiar with GST and final account.
- Liaise with suppliers for any delivery fault or billing mistakes.
- Assist with store managers to solve any queries and issues as and when required.
Ideal candidates will have the follow experience and skills:
- Accounting and Adminstration Experienced
- Excellent organsational skills
- Good communicator
- Be a positive team player
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable
- Could speak Chinese
