About the role

Stonewood Developments Limited is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to manage the sales of residential new homes build.

Manage an end-to-end sales process
Creation and execution of “go to market” plans
Taking clients through the process from initial introduction through to closing the sale and signing the contract
Pinpointing a customer's needs and providing products/design solutions for their new home within budget
Ongoing product knowledge
Building ongoing relationships with clients, land developers and real estate agents
Sourcing stock for house and land packages
Maintaining databases of client information
Diary and email management
Booking and managing appointments
Liaison with councils and other consultants

About you

Proven track record with off-plan new home sales
Competent in IT will be a prerequisite
The ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing plans to meet and achieve sales targets
Experience with CRM system
Ability to build strong relationships
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Highly driven with integrity and exceptional customer service standards
