We are an interior design company and due to our expanding business, we are currently seeking an office admin to join our team!
The role will be based in East Auckland and will involve handling various administrative tasks such as document processing, email correspondence, and supporting other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
Basic requirements for the role include:
Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages
Prior administrative experience preferred
Must hold a valid NZ work visa
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
Excellent communication skills and a team player
