Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Guarantee customer satisfaction through impeccable service and high food quality.
- Coach, lead, and develop our close-knit team to reach their full potential.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager on costs and store P&Ls.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly, ensuring resolution to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Be hands-on and proactive in every aspect of the restaurant’s operations!
