A busy USA and NZ Immigration Law and general legal practice requires a legal executive to support our busy Immigration Law and Civil Litigation teams. The Firm is opening its Fiji offices in November 2023.
The ideal candidate will be a law graduate or someone with legal or immigration skills who has an excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese languages, legal writing, and good people skills. The candidate will be a team player and bring in a high level of professionalism, presentation, and punctuality. They will thrive under pressure. The role will include speaking with a wide range of clients who will include Mandarin or Cantonese speaking clients.
The Firm is looking for a person who has a strong interest in immigration and civil litigation and wish to grow and develop their skills in other areas of law. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in an immigration law environment.
New Zealand residence/ citizenship or open work visa is required.
