Bayleys is New Zealand’s premier real estate company andwe are looking for a Residential Property Management Assistant to assist withthe day‐to‐day functions of the department and the functions of the PropertyManager to which he/she is assigned. The focus of this job is to support theProperty Manager in all aspects of management pertaining to the clients'properties.
The PMA position is a unique opportunity to be exposed toall facet of the business and an incredible vantage point to grow and learn andgrow from. We see this as a potential steppingstone for the successfulcandidate to eventually become a Property Manager and grow and maintain theirown portfolio.
Experience and knowledge of property management is not aprerequisite although we expect you to develop a good understanding after sometime. On job trainings will be provided.
