- $240per week, including all utilities

- Spacious room that fits a double bed, shelf, TV and a desk. Double wardrobe.

- No smokers or vapers, couples or pets.

- Pays rent on time, clean, quiet, no guestswithout prior notice
- Spacious back and front deck with BBQ

- I have three dogs in the house - all friendly and playful.

- Two existing flatmates.
