We are currently seeking a Project Administrator (with possiblilty being promoted as a Project Manager)to join our dynamic and friendly team.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in reading and interpreting building plansPlanning experience in residential/commercial projectsStrong organisational skills, with the ability to self-manage, meet deadlines, and stay resilient under pressureStrong literacy and numberic skillsBilingual in English and Mandarin is advantageous but not essential.Key Responsibilities:
Support project managers with site measurements and client meetingsResponding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or other communication methodsProvide/revise quotations to customersCoordinate effectively with clients and internal teamsAssist in ensuring timely project completionBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and partnersAdhere to and promote the highest safety standards
