Hey everyone! We are looking for two flatmates to join us in our Newly Built House in Conifer Grove, Takanini. ! o: L6 z* a  j  `; [9 V# N

I have 2 x Full Sized unfurnished Bedrooms (can be furnished upon request) available from 27 August . Rooms have full size Wardrobe and one bathroom will be shared among both rooms.

The room comfortably fits a Queen bed, desk, chest of drawers, and has a huge open wardrobe! It has large windows and gets plenty of sun . + _! Z; f5 F+ L

The house is located near to mortar way entrance and Less than 1Km to train station and 5 minutes walk from Bus station Easy bus route are nearby. Has ample parking since located at a dead-end. $ N1 }7 u  W7 z, }4 o
