Hey everyone! We are looking for two flatmates to join us in our Newly Built House in Conifer Grove, Takanini.

I have 2 x Full Sized unfurnished Bedrooms (can be furnished upon request) available from 27 August . Rooms have full size Wardrobe and one bathroom will be shared among both rooms.

& M; H0 t' d+ ]4 Y% [  r! @" UFor a single room the rent is $250, that includes power, internet and water.

Move in costs: Bond of 3 weeks + 1 week rent in advance.

The room comfortably fits a Queen bed, desk, chest of drawers, and has a huge open wardrobe! It has large windows and gets plenty of sun .
