I prefer that the accommodation can be close to the train station or bus stop on the walk and the spending time could be within 30 mins to reach to university by public transport. free car parking in the yard or on the side road in front of the accommodation. + k7 }$ E5 O( q% y3 g+ X1 u9 ]& \I do not smoke, alcohol drinking as well as pet cultivating (but I like pets, so I would be very willing to accept accommodation with pets). I am quiet and tidy. 3 b4 Q% r- p. ^3 v# y$ QMy ideal single room is an ensuite with a bathroom in it, and the price of $240/week and below including water, gas, power and unlimited internet fibre would be perfect. Basic furniture requirement: a bed with a mattress, a study desk and a chair for studying " d% v' p2 u# S# kDue to my limited cooking skills, I regularly cook lightly (usually frying vegetables, rice with eggs, and bacon), and rarely high heat stir-fry.
