About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this roleencompasses:

Customer service excellence, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
Team management, including recruitment, training, and performance oversight.
Operational efficiency, ensuring consistent application of internal systems and processes, including sales desk functions.
Administrative tasks, including reporting and staff coordination.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

A proven track record in people management with strong leadership skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and a solid understanding of reservation booking systems.
Experience with property management systems, channel managers, and travel desk sales (preferred).

Eligibility & Commitment

Must currently reside in New Zealand.
Must hold valid working rights for New Zealand.
Must be committed to a minimum two-year tenure in the role.
