Customer Reception: Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and friendliness.
Blueprint Calculation & Quotation: Calculate measurements and provide quotations based on customer requirements.
Timesheet Management: Organize and record workers’ clock-in and clock-out times.
Email Correspondence: Manage and respond to daily emails efficiently.
Office Administration: Handle documents and support the daily operations of the office.
Requirements
Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Mandarin for effective communication.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Computer Proficiency: Skilled in using office software such as Word and Excel.
Preferred Experience: Candidates with a background in design will be given priority but it is not mandatory.
