岗位职责

• 和国内产品经理对接,协调沟通产品订货、补货、质检和售后问题。
• 仓库送货团队的任务管理和安排,及时合理的做好自有送货订单(非使用第三方物流)的送货路线和人员安排,卡车装卸货安排。
• 仓库安装团队的任务管理和安排,及时合理的做好有安装需求的订单对应的安装工作的时间和人员以及路线安排,以及做好卡车的装卸货准备。
• 物流和供应链相关工作的组织协调和跟进管理,包括集装箱装卸预定,船期和仓位的安排和预定,和货代进行密切合作和联系沟通, 核对相关的物流费用和价格。
• 执行行政任务,例如安排旅行、接听电话、安排会议等。
• 通过创建任务、跟踪进度和解决问题来协助项目管理。
• 准备和维护运营文件和报告。

Job Opening:
We are seeking a highly organized andproactive Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support our expandingbusiness in New Zealand. This role requires strong operational and managementskills, as well as fluency in both English and Chinese, with exceptionalwritten and verbal communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be a detail-orientedproblem solver with experience in warehouse logistics, supply chaincoordination, and administrative operations.Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing daily warehouseoperational activities, including order fulfillment, packaging, dispatching,customer pickups, and inventory management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact forcustomer inquiries, handling order tracking, product availability, after-salessupport, and issue resolution.
• Liaise with product managers in China tocoordinate procurement, inventory replenishment, quality control, andpost-sales processes.
• Manage and optimize in-house deliveryoperations, including route planning, scheduling, and truck loading/unloading.
• Oversee the warehouse installation team,ensuring timely coordination of installation tasks, personnel allocation, andlogistical preparations.
• Coordinate logistics and supply chainactivities, including container bookings, shipment scheduling, freightnegotiations, and cost verification.
• Perform administrative duties such as travelcoordination, meeting scheduling, and handling correspondence.
• Support project management by trackingdeliverables, monitoring progress, and resolving operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate operational records andgenerate reports for internal use and strategic planning.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Essential:
• Fluency in English is a must, with excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage operations, solve problems, and coordinate acrossteams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability tomultitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business tools.
• Resilient, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-pacedenvironment.
* Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, ora related field.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, supply chain management, oradministrative coordination.
