Except for one room, you can have your own kitchen (100% used by yourself - gas cooking) and your own bathroom to use. This is a decent house with a 250m2 floor area for only 4 people living in. Currently we have me (a full time professional) and a lovely couple living on upstairs. The ensuite currently on the listing is the only room on the ground floor. Hope you are easy going, either student or a full time professional to join us. We don't hold any parties at home, so hope you are the quiet type as well.
