QuantitySurveyor - Job Description

· Pricing/estimating bases onarchitectural, structural drawings and specifications

· Preparation of contract tenders,progress claims and final accounts

· Managing financial performance,collaborating with the team to produce reports on cost planning, cash flowforecasting, construction project changes and feasibilities studies.

· Control and management of project profitmargins and maintaining positive cash flows (included cost control andvariations).

· Procurement of contracts includingnegotiations as required.

· Build and maintain professional andreciprocal relationships with clients, main-contractors and consultantshands-on general quantity surveying duties.

· Produce supporting documentation andaccurate reporting around project financial performance.
