诚聘职位：会计

工作地点：奥克兰东区中国城附近

每周工时：全职

薪资待遇：面议

入职日期：立即

Reportingto the Accounts Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include:

1. Basic accounting tasks including data input,bank reconciliations and maintenance of fixed asset registers

2. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivablefunctions

3. Preparation of Monthly GST returns

4. Preparation of periodic financial statements,including profit and loss, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis, andcommentaries

5. Responding to internal and external queries

To be successful inthis role you shall possess the following attributes:

1. Tertiary qualification in Finance,Accounting, or a Business discipline

2. A minimum of 2 years post qualification NewZealand experience in a similar role

3. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.,Xero, MYOB, or similar)

4. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite,especially excellent Excel skills

5. High attention to detail and accuracy

6. Strong analytical, communication andinterpersonal skills

7. Ability to work independently and as part ofa team

8. Problem-solving skills and the ability tohandle challenges effectively

9. Knowledge of relevant accounting regulationsand principles

10. Flexible working in various aspects of thefinance function

11. Ability to work under pressure, managemultiple tasks and prioritize effectively

12. Excellent skills in Microsoft office software

13. Experience with consolidated financial statements ispreferred

14. Proficiency in using accounting softwareXero

15. Great communication skills, fluent Chinese and Englishin speaking and writing, strong team collaboration, self-motivative, diligent, proactive,and a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic.

16. Hold a valid work permit/PR or citizen

17. No criminal record. Employment with us is subject tosatisfactory background checks which includes a National Police Check andReference Checks.

18. Hold a New Zealand driver's license
