岗位要求：

一. 市场专员/留学咨询顾问

1. 性格开朗、活泼、健谈、善于沟通交流

2. 头脑灵活，有创意；对客户咨询认真、负责、有耐心，对工作积极有热情，具有团队合作精神

3. 熟悉新西兰与中国留学市场状况，了解市场宣传及推广方式方法，并能实践操作

5. 具有很强的销售能力及学习能力，能完成客户签单、转化及售后服务，拥有一定客户基础及相关资源

6. 有留学移民公司教育咨询、市场工作或客服工作经验者优先考虑

7. 具有新西兰或者其他海外本科及以上学历，英文雅思6.0及以上

8. 抗压性强，积极完成公司KPI考核

9. 擅长使用电子图文视频编辑软件

二. 行政专员

1.做事仔细、有耐性、认真踏实

2.有较强的组织和管理能力，能协调与配合各部门工作

3.擅长整理及归档各类文件、客户档案等材料

4.中英文俱佳，英文书写能力强，能高效处理各类邮件，善于英文沟通

5.优秀的客户服务态度，能与不同类型客户良好交流

6.优秀的电脑操作应用及文书、表格处理能力

7.出色的时间管理技能以及执行多项任务和安排工作优先级的能力

8. 擅长使用电子图文视频编辑软件

9. 本科以上学历，有相关行政或管理工作经验的优先考虑
