We are looking for a part-time shop assistant who has a genuine passion for technology products to join our friendly Westgate team! The role is suitable for someone who is detail-oriented and have a can-do attitude.
• Working to understand customer drivers, designing promotional solutions that deliver on business needs to generate revenue, representing PB Technologies professionally within the industry
• As required answer phone calls and emails and provide suitable responses and service to a high level of customer service
• Respond to questions, complaints and concerns immediately ensuring satisfactory and timely resolution and escalating to the Telephone Account Team Leader as appropriate
• Generate a targeted weekly email directly promoting PB products to existing PB commercial customers, with particular focus on accuracy of pricing and product information
• Refer all enquiries from commercial customers about product promotions to the Business Development Managers for follow up within an hour
• Undertake all promotional and account management activities in line with the strategic direction of the Sales and Marketing team, which focuses on future growth and client retention and, which is aligned with PB Technologies’ strategic goals, vision and purpose
Requirements
The successful candidate must have the following attributes:
• A genuine passion for technology products.
• Excellent computer hardware and software knowledge. A hard-core gamer is a plus!
• Good general knowledge of common business orientated I.T. products and solutions with the ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies.
• Excellent e-mail writing skills and ability in handling high volume of emails.
• A people person – bubbly, enthusiastic, and a great team player.
