As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Junior IT Help Desk Technician to join our support team.
This is an entry-level position ideal for someone passionate about IT support and eager to grow their career. You will provide technical assistance to clients across Microsoft 365, desktop support, antivirus, data backup, and various cloud platforms. This role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise ICT systems and a clear development path.
Provide Level 1 technical support via phone, email, or ticketing system
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Assist with login problems, email setup, password resets, and file access
Set up and maintain Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Install and manage antivirus software (e.g., ESET, Windows Defender)
Monitor and assist with data backup processes
Support office software, printers, and scanning devices
Apply software updates and security patches regularly
Provide basic support on cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace, AWS, Dropbox)
Help manage user accounts and permissions in cloud environments
Use monitoring tools to track IT system health and performance
Log tickets and resolutions accurately in the helpdesk system
Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers
Help document internal IT procedures and FAQs
A diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or currently studying)
0–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 admin tools and user support
Understanding of Windows OS, desktop hardware, and basic networking
Basic knowledge of antivirus and backup software
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
Eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies
Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms
Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
ITIL or Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, AZ-900)
Familiarity with helpdesk tools such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or ConnectWise

Clear pathway to become a System Administrator or Cloud Engineer
