Title: Site Manager

Salary Range: 80K - 100k/yr (basic salary + project bonus)

Benefits: Company Vehicle & petrol, cell phone

Visa Status: PR, Citizen

Language: Mandarin & English

MAJOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

ROLES:

• Site Management & Coordination: Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Conduct QA checks throughout the build process to ensure workmanship meets building codes, specifications, and client expectations.

• Council Inspections: Schedule and coordinate all required council inspections, ensuring adherence to regulations and compliance standards.

• Programme & Project Support: Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain schedules, identify risks, and implement solutions.

• Subcontractor & Supplier Coordination: Manage and support subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure smooth workflow.

• Health & Safety Leadership: Promote and enforce a strong health & safety culture on site. About You Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of QA processes and council inspections

• Confident style with strong problem-solving ability

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

  
  

EDUCATION

• Degree and above with professional qualification in Construction Management, QS or related.
  
  

EXPERIENCE

• Senior: At least 3 years of experience in the residential building & construction industry, proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  
  

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES

• Proved ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• In-depth knowledge of NZS 3604 and NZ residential construction process
• Able to work under pressure, accountable & responsible

Title: QS

Salary Range: 70K - 100k/yr (basic salary)

Visa Status: PR, Citizen

Language: Mandarin & English

MAJOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

ROLES:

• Measuring plans, take-offs, and preparing accurate quotes and estimates
• Assisting with tenders, bid submissions, and pricing schedules
• Liaising with site teams to track project progress and variations
• Supporting subcontractor procurement and evaluation
• Monitoring budgets, cost reports, and margin performance
• Maintaining documentation accuracy inside Fergus/HubSpot
• Working directly with senior leadership on major commercial opportunities
  

EDUCATION

• Degree and above with professional qualification in QS or related.
  

EXPERIENCE

• Senior: At least 3 years of experience in the residential building & construction industry, proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES

• Detail-focused, analytical, and confident reading drawings

• Eager to learn and grow your QS capability

• Comfortable working across multiple projects at once

• A strong communicator with a positive, solution-focused mindset

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools
