We are a Chartered Accountancy firm seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare GST returns and income tax returns
Assist in bookkeeping and bank reconciliations
Support with annual financial statements and client reporting
Liaise with clients and respond to queries
Perform general administrative and accounting support as needed

Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in accounting or working towards one
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Familiarity with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, or similar) is an advantage
Good communication and time management skills
Experience in a CA environment preferred but not essential
