Project Coordinator/Admin
We are looking for a full time project coordinator/admin to join our team based in Flat Bush, Auckland.
As the project coordinator, you will report to the Commercial Manager. You will work collaboratively with the construction management team to deliver projects.
Key responsibilities include:
· Provide project administration and support to the site managers across multiple projects
· Procurement and material ordering
· Prepare Project Variations and Contract administration
· Project monitoring and tracking on the site progress
· Coordinate and communicate effectively with Project manager, site managers, subcontractors and the client.
· Other Project coordinating and admin work as required.
The successful candidate will need to:
· Possess strong project execution/management skills
· Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong negotiating skills
· Be confident operating within an autonomous environment
· Accounting or construction background is preferred
