岗位职责 / Responsibilities
协助市场部门执行各类营销活动,包括线上和线下宣传、活动策划与落地执行
负责日常行政支持,如文件整理、数据录入、会议安排、报销及采购流程
协助准备市场推广资料,包括PPT、宣传单、社交媒体内容等
跟进供应商、合作伙伴、媒体等的沟通与协调工作
协助收集、整理及分析市场信息与活动效果数据
完成上级交办的其他工作
· Assist the Marketing Department in executingvarious campaigns, both online and offline
· Provide daily administrative supportincluding document filing, data entry, meeting scheduling, expense claims, andprocurement processes
· Assist in preparing marketing materials suchas presentations, flyers, and social media content
· Liaise with vendors, partners, and media toensure smooth project execution
· Collect, compile, and analyze marketinformation and campaign performance data
· Perform other duties assigned by thesupervisor
任职要求 / Requirements
本科及以上学历,市场营销、商务管理、传媒或相关专业优先
1年及以上相关工作经验,优秀应届毕业生也可考虑
熟练使用Office办公软件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)
中英文读写良好,能与国内外同事或客户沟通
具备良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神
细心、责任心强,能同时处理多项任务
持有合法的新西兰工作签证
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or related fields
1+ years of relevant work experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English for communication with local and overseas teams/clients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask effectively
· Musthold a valid New Zealand work visa
