What You'll Be Doing
Managing day-to-day operations, from admin tasks to process management
Coordinating sales teams and VAs to ensure tasks are accurate and on time
Maintaining dashboards, tracking KPIs, and reporting to business owners
Helping streamline workflows and boost efficiency across the business
Working closely with the owners to understand the business and support growth
What We're Looking For
Ability to speak both Mandarin and English is a huge plus
A recent Business or Management graduate (domestic or international student in NZ)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Proactive and eager to learn, with a "get it done" attitude
Comfortable with technology, cloud tools, and CRMs (training provided)
Reliable, responsible, and motivated to grow into leadership
Strong communication skills for internal coordination
