Sky Distribution is a New Zealand-based distributor, managing both domestic sales and export markets.
We’re looking for a bilingual (English + Mandarin) Supply Chain & Office Coordinator to join our team. This role covers a mix of supply chain operations and office coordination, supporting both local and international business.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouses for smooth logistics and inventory management
Prepare shipping and customs documentation for import/export compliance
Maintain accounts payable/receivable records and follow up on payments
Analyse sales and supply chain data, prepare reports, and flag any issues
Support day-to-day office administration and vendor coordination
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or office operations
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data analysis
Fluent in both English and Mandarin
Knowledge of local and international trade processes preferred
