We are a floor and tile company which supply products of floor and tile and the installation service based in Auckland. We are now at the quick growth phase, we are looking for a Managing Director Assistant to join us.
The successful candidate must have:
• Relevant management/business qualification;
• Ability to handle multi-tasks in a busy environment;
• An excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail at all times;
• Excellent time management skills and administrative skills;
• Basic accounting knowledge;
• Positive can-do attitude;
• The assistant/administration working experience is preferred.
