招聘有经验的 Estimator 报价师
需英文好有责任心
有一年以上工作经验
有商业经验最好
独立完成商业的估价

工作地点在Rosedale商业区

*️ Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret architectural and construction drawings, schedules, and specifications
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for stopping and painting work
Develop and submit cost estimates and tender submissions
Work with the Project Manager to identify cost-saving opportunities and build-ups
Liaise with clients, site managers, subcontractors, and consultants to clarify scope and pricing assumptions
Conduct site visits (if needed) to assess access, surface conditions, and site risks
Track project variations and assist with cost control during delivery
Support commercial reporting and project budget review

* Requirements / Qualifications:

Proven experience in estimating within the construction, painting, or finishing industry
Solid understanding of plasterboard systems, stopping levels (e.g. Level 4, Level 5), and painting specifications
Strong numerical and analytical skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
