About the Roles
We have openings for both Retail Assistants and Store Supervisors. The ideal candidates are customer-focused, motivated, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative retail environment.
Key Responsibilities (for both roles):
Greet and assist customers, providing an excellent shopping experience
Maintain merchandise displays and manage stock
Operate POS systems and handle transactions
Support daily store operations and maintain store standards
Participate in promotions, seasonal displays, and stocktaking
Requirements:
Retail or customer service experience preferred; management experience for supervisors
Strong communication skills and team-oriented
Passion for retail and interest in party supplies or creative products
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
Good English communication skills
Location: Christchurch (Exact store address provided during interview)
