The Role

Prepare weekly bank reconciliations.
Month-end processing, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations & accruals.
Preparation of inter-company transactions, journals, and reconciliations
Review and produce new processes and procedures to optimise the administration of the business.
Management warehouse reconciling daily purchase and sales reconciliations.
Manage and participate in monthly stocktake
Payroll management
Preparation of IRD compliance work (including FBT, GST and PAYE)
Manage and reconcile accounts receivable.

Reconcile supplier account statements and payments.
Oversee debtor collection and management.

Requirements for the Role

Suitable qualification or equivalent relevant experience
Excellent Book Keeping experience across debtors and creditors
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Very organised with a high level of attention-to-detail
Work effectively on your own with good time-management
A team player with problem-solving skills
Positive interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Comfortable with initiating change and implementation of process changes
Payroll experience
Ideally have worked in a motor vehicle environment
A good level of computer literacy
Above average oral and written communication。
Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing is required.
