This is an unopened Startech ST128HD20 8 port HDMI video splitter supporting 4K video at 60Hz.

This is an active unit with power supply and it will regenerate the HDMI signal too.

I got it during lockdown and only found out I bought a splitter instead of a switch and it costs over $300 from online shops.

It is unopened and available now.
