Location: Auckland Region

Title: Sales and Marketing Representative

Work type: Full Time

Salary $60.000-$70.000 plus Commission

Our company is a compliant distributor of high-qualityvaping products in New Zealand. We are committed to providing a responsiblealternative to adult smokers through our portfolio of trusted brands. As wecontinue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Sales and MarketingRepresentative to join our team and drive our presence across Auckland.

The Opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-drivenindividual to make their mark in a competitive retail market. You will be theface of our company, responsible for building and maintaining strongrelationships with retail partners (vape shops, convenience stores, andspecialty retailers) while executing ground-level marketing strategies toincrease brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Account Management:

Proactively identify, prospect, and onboard new retail accounts throughout the Auckland region.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Conduct product presentations and staff training sessions to educate retailers on our product features and benefits.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage inventory levels and product visibility (merchandising) within stores.

Marketing & Development:

Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, including launch events, and samplings (where compliant with regulations).
Gather market intelligence on competitor activity, consumer trends, and product feedback.
Distribute marketing materials and point-of-sale (POS) assets effectively.
Represent the brand at industry-related events or trade shows.

Compliance & Administration:

Ensure all sales and marketing activities strictly adhere to the Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products (Vaping) Amendment Act 2020.
Maintain accurate records of sales visits, orders, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Provide timely sales reports and market feedback to management.

About You:

We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate aboutsales and has a keen interest in the vaping industry.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in a field sales, retail sales, or brand ambassador role.
A full, clean New Zealand driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own schedule effectively.
Strong presentation skills and the confidence to train small groups.
A solid understanding of the current legal framework for vaping products in New Zealand.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

Existing relationships with retailers in the Auckland vape or convenience store market.
A passion for, and knowledge of, the vaping industry and products.
