*We’re Hiring:Agricultural Technician Assistant (Graduates Welcome) | Karaka
Do you love experimenting with plants, researching varieties, and helpingvegetables thrive?
We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on team member with excellent Chinese& English skills!

What You’ll Do:

Support Agricultural Technician to conduct experiments to help Asian vegetables, leafy greens, and melons grow stronger and more productive
Participate in new variety trials and cultivation research, improving growth methods
Assist with purchasing fertilizers, seeds, and materials, liaising with suppliers
Record crop growth data, analyze results, and propose improvements
Work in both greenhouse and outdoor settings, hands-on every day

Requirements:

Passion for agriculture, horticulture, or plant science, eager to try new approaches
Excellent bilingual communication in Chinese & English (written and spoken)
Energetic, outgoing, and loves hands-on work and teamwork
Graduates welcome; comprehensive training provided
Comfortable working in greenhouse and outdoor settings

What We Offer:

Permanent Full-time employee role.
This is a 5-day working schedule (normally Tuesday to Saturday), which may be adjusted according to the shift arrangement.
