Healthy and Fresh Ltd is a leading fresh produce company working closely with local farms and major supermarket chains across New Zealand. We are committed to sustainability, product quality, and operational excellence. Due to business growth, we are looking for passionate and detail-oriented team members to join our Supply Chain Team which are the new create roles!
Location: Mangere & Karaka Farm Site (2 days/week on-farm site)
Type: Full-time (5.5 working days, Monday to Friday, half day on Sunday)
Key Responsibilities:
Process daily orders accurately and efficiently.
Support order tracking, pricing updates, and communication with buyers.
Assist in developing farm harvesting plans and maintaining farm production data.
Support farm visits and warehouse operations (quality checks, packing plans, receivals).
Track inventory and assist in stock reconciliation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Assist in handling urgent order or supply issues.
We’re looking for someone who:
Is highly organized and reliable with a good eye for detail.
Enjoys teamwork and learning about supply chain operations.
Has basic Excel and data entry skills.
Is keen to grow into a coordinator-level role in the future.
Be part of a supportive and growing team in the fresh produce industry.
Gain exposure to both operational and farm-side supply chain management.
