From premium honey, skincare, and fashion to alpaca, wine, and artisan souvenirs — we celebrate the best of Aotearoa with Remarkable Quality, Remarkable Selection, Remarkable Service, Remarkable Story, and Remarkable Experience.

As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our teams in both Queenstown and Auckland!

Available Roles

1. Sales Associates (Full-time & Part-time)

You’ll be the face of Remarkable Gifts — welcoming visitors, sharing product stories, and ensuring every customer leaves with something truly special.
Ideal for: Friendly, enthusiastic individuals with great communication skills (Mandarin or other languages a plus).
Requirements:
- Customer-service or retail experience preferred
- Passion for NZ-made products and culture
- Flexible to work weekends or shifts during peak visitor periods

2. Online Customer Service (Full-time)

Join our growing e-commerce team and help us bring the Remarkable Gifts experience online.
Key tasks: Respond to customer enquiries, process online orders, manage product listings, and assist with logistics.
Requirements:
- Strong written English and Mandarin preferred
- Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and organised
- Previous online or admin experience an advantage

3. Warehouse & Logistics Support (Full-time)

Help keep our operations running smoothly — from unpacking and labelling new stock to dispatching online orders.
Requirements:
- Reliable, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and good physical fitness
- Previous warehouse or retail stock experience preferred
