Yacon New Zealand is a growing health supplements company based in Ellerslie. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Assistant to join our team.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks, including:
Preparing and sending client invoices
Recording bills and expenses in Xero
Managing accounts receivable and following up on overdue payments
Payroll processing
Preparing simple financial or sales reports
Filing and maintaining documents
Assisting with stock counting and inventory record updates
Other accounts or administrative duties as required
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Experience or familiarity with Xero is an advantage
Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients
A proactive attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed
