The Role
As Assistant Production Manager, you’ll work alongside the Production Managerto oversee daily operations, meet output targets, and ensure every order meets our quality standards. You’ll coordinate staff, optimise workflows, and help solve technical and scheduling challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support production staff on the floor.
Monitor production schedules and output to meet deadlines.
Ensure quality control processes are followed.
Assist with training, rostering, and performance management.
Liaise with internal and external maintenance and technical teams to minimise downtime.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in production or manufacturing supervision (print or related industry preferred).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good understanding of digital printing production processes.
