· Accurately enter and update financial data incompany systems
· Communicate with staff to collect and verifynecessary information
· Provide general administrative support,including scanning, filing, and data entry
· Assist the department with other administrative tasks as required

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) andrelated management systems
· Well-organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
· Strong communication skills and the ability towork effectively with employees
