Aion Cargo is looking for a passionate and skilled Import Operator to join our dynamic team.

- About the Role

As an Import Operator, you will manage end-to-end import processes and work closely with our global and local partners to ensure seamless cargo movement. This role suits someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

- Key Responsibilities

Manage complete import operations (Air, LCL, FCL) from overseas origin to final delivery.
Communicate regularly with overseas offices, agents, and service providers to track shipments and meet deadlines.
Prepare and process import documentation accurately, ensuring compliance with legal, customs, and company requirements.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency.
Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to secure the best outcomes while meeting time-critical requirements.
Deliver professional and solution-focused customer service.
Provide regular updates to the Import Manager regarding workload, feedback, and process improvements.
Demonstrate a proactive mindset, positive “can‑do” attitude, and strong commercial awareness.
