Site Manager Assistant

To work alongside with Site Manager / Managing Director, supporting all aspects of tiling project management.

Key responsibilities:

Lead tilers across various sites, ensuring jobs are completed in a timely manner.
Get hands-on when needed, working alongside the team to deliver projects professionally.
Maintain critical relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Health & Safety management, day to day management, quality management.
Quantity measurement on site, raw materials delivery, and translation when needed.

Skills required:

Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem solving with strong attention to detail.
Positive Can-do and teamwork attitude.
NZ local Construction/Tiling background required.
Driver's licence.
