Are you a recent graduate accountant, or 1 year ofaccounting experience, ideally within a professional services environment that might be seeking an organisation to support you develop your accounting careerto the next level? Work in a flexible environment that supports a work/life balance? If yes, Join our established accounting firm in Rosedale, North Shore and be part of a supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to a diverse range of clients.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create detailed spreadsheets and reports
Experience using MYOB and Experience with Xero(an advantage)
Sound knowledge and practical application of NewZealand taxation
Self-motivation, strong work ethic, and theability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines

As the successful applicant you will have:

High standards and value accuracy and strongattention to detail
the ability to work with the busy team and offer them the support across the financial activities which include reporting,meeting legislative end of year compliance, GST, supporting a busy accounting administrative team and providing support to the wider organisation across abreadth of financial reconciliations and reporting needs.
Strong written and oral communication skills inEnglish and Chinese (mandarin) and interpersonal skills, with a collaborativemindset, the ability to self-manage and act decisively to solve problems
Strong analytical and investigative skills aswell as problem solving aptitude
The ability to be a positive team player with drive to further your career and willingness to take accountability for yourown work and development
NZ Bachelor Degree in Accounting
Reliable, accountable, professional and enthusiastic
