About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts andAdmin to join our team, providing essential bookkeeping and administrativesupport to ensure smooth operations. This role is pivotal in maintainingfinancial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while supporting the BranchManager with office management duties.
Key Responsibilities Accounting - Accounts Payableand Accounts Receivable Management: Handle reconciliations, liaise withsuppliers, and process invoices/payments.
- Manage payroll, cash flow forecasting, compliance, andreconciliations.
- Improve processes,assist with decision-making, and provide ad hoc reporting as needed
- Client Communication: Engage with clients regarding billing,payments, and account queries.
- Financial Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financialreporting.
Office Administration - Maintain electronic filing, assist with facilitiesmanagement, and provide support to staff during onboarding.
- Assist with operationalactivities - including insurance claims, documentation checks, and recordpreparation
- Keep schedules,projects, and checklists humming.
Fixed assets management
- Material Tracking: Monitor incoming and delivery statuses
- Stock Control: Conduct regular stock takes, including equipment and tools, and maintain precise inventory records.
What You’ll Bring - Proven experience in accounts receivable/payable andbookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) andaccounting software (e.g., Xero).
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and take initiative.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Requirements: • Visa:NZ residency,citizenship, or open work visa • Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting • Qualification: Accounting bachelor's degree in NZ • Language: English and Mandarin (Compulsory)
