资质与技能

• 流利掌握英语和中文
• 具备奥克兰房地产/建筑行业内的房产销售经验
• 具备谈判、沟通和人际交往能力，能够与买家、开发商和行业专业人士建立良好关系。

3. Quantity Surveyor

We are searching for a reliable quantity surveyor to join our capable team of professionals. The quantity surveyor will be taskedwith analyzing existing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans andpreparing quantity estimates, negotiating with various contractors and vendors,as well as building relationships with clients and site managers.

Responsibilities

•        Reviewing construction plans andpreparing quantity requirements.

•        Scrutinizing maintenance and materialcosts, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.

•        Liaising with site managers, clients,contractors, and subcontractors.

•        Preparing reports, analyses, contracts,budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.

•        Advising managers and clients onimprovements and new strategies.

•        Keeping track of materials and orderingmore when required.

•        Documenting any changes in design andupdating budgets.

•        Establishing and maintainingprofessional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

•        Traveling from the office to varioussites as required.

Requirements:

•        Bachelor's degree or DiplomaCertificate in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.

•        Construction estimating or financeexperienced is advantageous.

•        Strong analytical and critical thinkingskills.

•        Sound knowledge of construction.

•        Excellent negotiating and interpersonalskills.

•        Ability to organize, plan, andstrategize.

•        A valid driver's license.

•        Great networking abilities.
