We are looking for a detail-focused person to help create and publish online listings for vehicles sold by 2 Cheap Cars.
Your job will be to make sure each car is listed accurately, clearly, and attractively so customers understand what they’re buying and are encouraged to enquire. This role is office-based and suits someone who are intereted in vehicle retail business and operations, enjoys writing, checking details, and
working through a high volume of tasks.

Tasks include

• Writing Vehicle Listings, which include vehicle conditions, key features and other information make the car stand out
• Checking Quality: Double check listings for spelling, grammar and accurace; make sure information match inspection notes and paperwork; Follow Trade Me Motors rules and internal guidelines when publishing listings
• Collect, Prepare and handle vehicle registration documents
• Summarise vehicle information for the management team to price the stocks.
• Work closely with Operation team in workshop day to day opeations
  

Ideal Candidates

Must Have

• Legal right work in NZ
• Good written English and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and confidence using online systems including LLM’s.
• Ability to follow instructions and work through repetitive tasks accurately.
• Reliable, organised, and willing to learn.
  

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

• Interest in cars or previous exposure to vehicle listings.
• Experience using Trade Me or similar online platforms.
• Previous admin or data-entry experience.
