About us The business develops and manufactures dairy and health products for both domestic and international markets. The team there is very passionate about what they are doing, and they are well-resourced in the industry as well. We are looking for experienced powder sachet machine operators, liquid sachet machine operators, and liquid drop filling machine operators to join the team.
Purpose The role is responsible for implementing production plans, operating and monitoring production machines, checking product quality to make dairy products, and supporting warehouse management.
Salary based on experience.
Key responsibilities (including but not limited to): - Interpret production plans and prepare equipment for production. - Conduct pre-production preparation including raw material, packaging material, and documentation for compliance purposes. - Operate machines to complete various technical processing of raw materials. - Monitor equipment status and conduct quality control inspections. - Complete production records (both paper/digital records). - Investigate quality issues and make suggestions for improvement - Troubleshooting minor breakdowns and assisting the production manager with equipment maintenance and repair - Perform GMP compliance duties in assigned areas. - Support Warehouse Management. - Carry out production activities according to SOP. - Operate the equipment to produce products that meet customer satisfaction. - Be capable of disassembling and assembling the equipment. - Perform equipment and room sanitation cleaning. - Conduct simple equipment debugging.
